My organizing approach balances creativity and practicality. Part of me is very ordered, organized and structured; another part is very impulsive, visual, flexible and open to new possibilities. And that's how I work with my clients. I can be creative and fluid, yet at the same time I work in a purposeful fashion that helps my clients move effectively from point A to point B. Since no two clients are alike, I remain flexible with people and situations in order to find the best solutions that work for each person. My Right Brain/Left Brain thinking has served me well whether it was working with a large Fortune 500 consulting firm, providing research support for a medical consortium, organizing events at schools and community events, or coordinating volunteer efforts with nonprofit organizations. As an antique lover and avid recycler, I know the value of repurposing furniture and collectibles to give them new life and usefulness. And as a "silent partner" in my husband's 25+ years of ministry, I have gained insight into the lives and hearts of others.
